How to open outlook minimized

How do I make the Outlook 2003 start minimized when I start Windows Xp(Pro)
?

Try creating a shortcut in the StartUp folder that has the Run property set

I've experimented briefly with OL 2003 and it doesn't seem to obey that
setting. I'll have to experiment more fully.
