how to open microsoft outlook from mail button of keyboard?

The original keyboard of microsoft have in the upper side buttons to open
diferent programs or folders( my music, my documents etc). Although
microsoft outlook is the default program for mails, when I press the mail
button a hotmail opens from internet explorer

This is not an Outlook question. Read the documentation that came with your
keyboard or PC. There should be a COntrol Panel applet that allows you to
define what action the special buttons on your PC perform.
 
Just to add to that--the keyboard shortcut normally opens your default email
program that you selected in Internet Options, Programs.
