how to open a blank form?

When a form (with a subform) is not supposed to add or create new record
(Like a form to enter payments on existing invoices) then "GoToNew" is not an
option. How else can we open a form with all the fields blank?
 
If you aren't adding new records, how are you getting to the record that you
want to update, and why would the fields be blank on an existing record?
