how to obtain unreleased office hot fixes

Does anyone know what the procedure for requesting Office 2003 hot
fixes that are not yet available through the office update site?

Do you have a particular fix in mind? I think they will be released to WU
within days of completion, so, apart from affected external vendors, I would
doubt there are pre-releases

Iirc, there are some fixen you can obtain through paid Microsoft
support channels. Perhaps Roy was referring to those.

In that case, Roy:
It will be explicitly mentioned in the article describing the problem,
and also how you can contact MS support. This will NOT be free so keep
your credit card ready.
