Office 2003:
We have our individual inbox setup for the exchange account and a secondary
inbox for the Computer Help messages. How can we get desktop notification
when a message is sent to the secondary account? I can see both inboxes in
the list, but only our main account notifies when a message arrives. I have
tried to tweak the desktop alert and to create a rule but can't find the
right combination to make it work.
