How to move title overlays

When you add a title, moviemaker does not appear to have
any way to position it on the clip. We need to know how
to move it. For example, we want to add a student's name
to his picture and have his name running right through
the middle of his face. You are able to align it
horizontally but nothing vertically.
Any help would be appreciated.
 
If you choose Subtitle it won't appear across the student's face. I realize
this still doesn't give you much control over the title overlays, but it was
the only solution that I could find. I wish we could manually position the
titles on the screen.
