How to move the automatic name population in the to field

I am setting up a new computer for a client, is there a way for me to move
the names that automatically populate the to field in a new email from one
computer to another?

Isn't that info stored in the .nk2 file? Isn't it is the same path as
the outcmd.dat file? Wouldn't you want to migrate all those files?
