Hi Leah,
Depending on what language Outlook is in, the menu locations may be
different. However, I would imagine they'll be in the same location. I've
done something similar to what you are asking at work (Outlook XP) so here's
the steps that I used.
Open My computer, and in the Tools ---> Folder Options, click on View.
Remove the check by Hide System and Protected files (you'll get a warning).
Place a check by "Show Hidden files and folders." and change the Hide
extensions for Known File Types to "Disabled". (This is assuming you
haven't done this in the past.
In Outlook, click on File ---> Data File Management. In the box, you'll see
the current location of your pst files.
Go back to the My Computer window, and navigate to the folder that you saw
in Data File Management. Copy the pst files and navigate to your D: drive
and paste them where you want them. (This is assuming that you want to keep
the existing pst files and information, instead of creating new ones from
scratch.)
In Outlook (in the Data File Management box) click on Add. Navigate to
where you pasted your pst file, and select it. (You'll probably have to
click the Browse button to do this, unless you want to manually type in the
location). Click OK.
Now, in Data File Management, you should be able to remove the default pst
location, and use your new location.

tell you where to look in the menus.
