how to migrate imap user to mapi exchange

I have a user that was doing a imap to a email server and had only
downloaded the headers. Now I wanna move all the folders and email within
the folders to mapi exchange mailbox. How do I do that? I mean there was a
pst file that I imported into the exchange mailbox but only the headers were
showing.

did he have the full messages downloaded? if not, he'll have to connect to the
imap and download them.
