how to map Outlook 2002 contacts to a database ?

please can anyone lead me to a way to map a contacts folder in Outlook 2002
to a table from an Oracle Database ?

do i need an specific Outlook Form ?
an ODBC DSN ?
do i need to write code ?
do Add-ons allready exist ?

What can be done ?
