Hello
It is possible to make always on top some windows in XP, for example, Task manager..
But is it possible to make this with other windows? For example IE, Outlook...

I know that this is possible, but I don't know how

Maybe someone can help

With best regards, Alexandr.

Only if the application enabled this. It's not something AFAIK that you
can tell XP to do to any particular application, but the application can
tell XP to behave that way for it. For example, the developer of Task
Manager built this into the application.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

I searched registry for "always on top"
Some programs had this DWORD in preferences = 1
If I add this parameter to IE setting, will this function available in IE menu ?

Many third party programs can do this. The best one I know of is Powermenu which
lets you do a lot of other cool things as well like set the process priority and
transparency of each application. Read the instructions and make a shortcut with
the proper options in your startup menu.

No. As stated earlier, it will work only if the app is written to take
advantage of it.

There's a setting in TweakUI ->General->Focus-> Prevent Applications From Stealing
Focus that's supposed to do that.
