If you make the comparison an apples-to-apples one, you can flip text. You
see text (oranges) is rendered based on fonts, and graphics (apples) are
pictures that are rendered based on pixels. The two don't compare well
(apples-to-oranges).
But, you can copy the text box, and 'paste special' (under the edit
pulldown) it as a graphic type. Then the picture of the text reverses just
fine, but can not be edited using the basic text editing methods.
