There must be a setting or Registry edit that makes this
possible. I have one PC that is setup this way, and its
great! rather than scrolling up or down, all programs
appear on-screen at once.

my other PC isn't setup this way, and i can't find info
on how to make the change.

does anyone know how?

Right click start button, properties, start menu tab, customize, advanced
tab, uncheck: scroll programs.

Right click the Task Bar and select Properties, then click the Start Menu
tab. Click Customize, then the Advanced tab, and scroll down the list until
you come to the option that says "Scroll Programs". Just uncheck this and
select OK. That should do it.

Yes ... Start ... Control Panel ... Task Bar and Start Menu.

Go to the Start Menu tab ... click Customize ... click the Advanced Tab ...
in Start Menu items, disable "Scroll Programs".
