How to make reboot disk for a Windows98 upgrade toXP

I would appreciate if someone could tell me if, I can
make a set of rebootable disk for my PC that was upgraded
from Windows 98 to XP?
Yes, I own the XP upgrade c/d but, I don't know if the
upgrade c/d is bootable ?
I know the full version of Windows Xp does!

*ALL* XP CDs are bootable - be they OEM, Upgrade or Full Licence.
