Does anyone know a way to set Outlook (2003, with all updates) to ALWAYS use
my fonts, signature, themed background, etc? I can set it for new mail I
originate, but not for replies! Very frustrating! And no valid answers I
can find on the subject in MS help or Google... ARGH! Friggin Incredimail
is better than this! C'mon MS!

A valid answer to this one will save me from almost certain hara-kiri. so
ALL replies are appreciated. ;) If some Gates-Guru out there solves this
one for me, I will lay the really nasty thorny problems on em. :) Like for
instance, how do you synch up your address book & contacts folder, and/or how
do you import an ACT database into Outlook contacts or address book, either
one? Do I need business contact manager? Will it do these things?

The universe would be a kinder place if these eternal questions were answered!

Pardon ME folks, I read Russ Valentine's excellent post on Contacts vs
Address books, & went right to using my Act DB as a new address book!
Fantastic! (Tools-Email Accounts-Add new Directory or Address
Book-next-click on Additional Address Books, and Voila!, a nice little
browse and point it to your ACT DBF!!

I looked for an answer to that one for AGES, & it was right under my
nose..... & me an MCSE! (NT-4.0) (yeah, yeah, many moons ago, when
Bill was only a multiMillionare... lol)

One step closer to the final goal.. ONE damn source for all client
data , imported from Outlook, ACT, Goldmine, Yahoo Address book, etc...

Now if someone only answers my original question!

Luckily, by default, Outlook automatically uses the format that the message
was received in for its reply.

When a sender sends you a message in plain text, chances are that they do
not want to have to deal with/see HTML, including "special" fonts, themed
backgrounds, signatures or any other unnecessary fluff.
