how to make one field with mail adressfrom list?

Hello,
I have a table with contact info. One of the field is email adress;
I need a single memo field with all mail adress in my list

for an example, I have 25 records
I try to have a memo or text field qith this 25 mail adress separate with ;

Why? Are you exporting to another program? It would help to know more of what
you are needing to do.

I'have a table with contact and I need to send same mail to all
I have a field ("mailTo") in my mail module.
If this field contain all mail adress, I can send one mail to all.

Is it more precise?

Hi Frederick - I'm still a bit confused, I assume is is an e-mail you want to
send If it is an e-mail you set up a Distribution Group (or equivalent) in
your Email Program (Outlook, Outlook Express). Create the report you want to
send. Create a macro linked to a Command Button to send off the report using
the SendTo Macro command. Hope this helps Yours - Dika
 
Hi,
Yes, that's the way I can follow if the list is the same each time ... but
my list change lot of time that's why I need to select the mail adress for
the selected people and then capture mail adress for those is in the list..
