How to make cells decend by date

So my cells must be entered by date in ascending order. After a few pages of
spreadsheets my boss asks me for the most recent information on top. Is there
any way that I can continuously enter my most recent information on the
bottom and then refresh the information to be arranged from most recent to
oldest?
 
Descending, not Ascending?
