how to make a resume work when changing to word from plain text?

thanks for help!

Hi. my resume started out in a simple word processor, then in Picasa, it
fixed all errors but didn't change it to Microsoft Word. How do I do it
without fixing every line? Or redoing the whole thing?
 
I would suggest you spend the time and do it manually. Aren't you worth the
extra effort? If you don't think so, why should the HR manager think so?
