How to make a blank line after a quesion on a form

When making a form to be filled out, how do you make a blank line after a question which will go to the right margin? Also, if you don't want the line to go all the way to the right margin how can this be done?
 
Thanks for the help. When I used WP it was much easier. Didn't realize Word would be so complex. Nevertheless, I appreciate your help. And, it was quick
