How to loop (copy) information from one database to antoher

I would like to loop my information (Some elected fields) using VB from two
big tabels containing 125 000 rows each into a new database, how do I do? How
to I make VB perform the requested task?

I think the best way - is to build Append (Insert Into) query and use it in
your code
