how to log on as administrator

I have looked everywhere on my computer and i cant figure
out how to be a administrator. When i go to user accounts
i cant change my account or make a different one. IT says
i have a limited account so i cant do anything. Also when
i start the computer in safe mode it wont ask me what
account i want. Some people have told me to select
administrator at the start up but that doesnt work.
Someone please help.

Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Choose Safe Mode at the menu.
Select Administrator.
Go to User Accounts in Control Panel.
From there you can create an Administrator for Administrative work.
Or you can Change Account Type your account to Administrator.

Best is to use Limited User for routine work.
Save Administrator for Administrator work.
 
Ask the person that setup your PC to make you a administrator. There must be
at least 1 user administrator account on the PC. If you setup your PC then
why didn't you give yourself a administrator account in the first place.

Try deleting your account.Then the next time you

login ,you'll be logged in as an administrator.Change
that account as you like.
