Hi, I created an invoice with Excle and will send it to a client. I don't
want client to change it, but he/she can read and print it. I am not sure
how to do this. Anyone can help?
Thanks!

Create a digitally signed PDF file.

Anything you can do inside XL will be modifiable by anyone with even a
little bit of deviousness, and enough savvy to find these newsgroups.

Thanks for reply.
However, I don't know how to create a digitally signed PDF file. Does Excel
support file convert?

All those PDF stuffs are not included in Office package, you need to
download PDF related freeware and install by yourself. That's a bit
complicated for those newbies. You can take a look at alt.comp.freeware,
people there have discussed a lots about PDF.

Why don't you protect your worksheet? You can lock all the data by password
to prevent alter, it can prevent data and format change also. In Excel XP,
you can find from Tool>Protection>Protect Sheet

Also you can save your worksheet as web page, then send the htm file to your
client. Anyone have used IE will able to view and print!
