How to list / transfer the rights on shared folders?

Hi,

We want to transfer the Active Directory from one computer to anoter, we
know how to do that, (thanks to this newsgroup) but when we move the
active directory and after this we move the files.

How can we reconstruct the rights on the folders for each user?
Exists an automated process or we must do it manually?
Exists a tool which lists the rights of each user in a file which we can
print after?

Try xcopy.exe /0.
