How to link a text form that's in the body of a word document to appear on
subsequent pages so the user doesn't have to type the same info on each page.

If you're using Microsoft Word (rather than the database software
Microsoft Access, which is the subject of this newsgroup), you should
ask the question in a Word newsgroup. The webpage can be confusing -
try scrolling down the list of subjects and find Word.
