How to link Access to MySQL

How do you link from MySQL to access? Is there a 3rd party ODBC driver? Will
the link run across broadband when the access database id on a client PC and
the MySQL database is on an internet isp's server.

The ODBC driver is available from the MySQL web site. It works in your
scenario.
