how to keep text file in access application

Hi All,

I am working on a purchase system. we hope we can keep all PO and other doc.
into the access application.

the doc. can be in word, excel or rich text format. any suggestion how ?

I would suggest storing the documents in their original format in a
(perhaps protected) folder on disk, and storing Hyperlinks to the
files in your Access database.
