At my job a I am a floating office assistant and I am not settled to my own
desk. Since my positon requires me to login from one computer to the next,
when signing into Outlook, how can I keep my settings that I created in
outlook such as, folders that I created and the stationary that I setup for
my receiving and sending e-mails?

do you use exchange server? if so, you need to use a roaming profile to have
everything - but just logging into the exchange mailbox will give you the
outlook folders you created.
