How to Join a Domain

When my XPE image boots, I get the logging screen but I don't have the
option where I can specify the domain that I am trying to logon to.

In a typical Full Win XP computer, I get the option to type the "User Name"
, "Password" & "Domain", but in my XPE image I only get "User Name" &
"Password"

What do I have to add or do to see this entry on the logon screen?

Thank you.

I don't know if this helps you or not, but give it a try..

Log on to the machine locally, then right click on "My Computer
Click Propertie
Then click the Computer Name Ta

There should be a button that says "Change

This will allow you to add/remove your computer to a domain. Reboot, and you should have the option to log onto your domain.

I did that but I was unable to get the "System Properties" dialog box, I am
obviously missing a component or two but not sure which one (I already have
the "Computer Name User Interface" component included)

I am still wondering if there is an automatic way of configuring this out
via the Target Designer.

Rene,

Investigate Software>System>Networking and Communications. There are several
Macro components in there including "Domain Participation".
