We want to integrated my accounting, billing, invoices, client database and
all about company accounting in Access. We are not famiar about MSO Access
2003. Thanks.

The first thing you should be aware is to build a custom accounting
application costs much much more than buying a ready-made accounting
application (with perhaps capacity for customisation) off the shelf. The
development costs of a ready-made accounting system are shared between
(hundreds of) thousands of copies sold by the vendor. The development costs
for your custom accounting packages will be shared by one, i.e. you. Since
there are so many commercial accounting packages available on the market,
there should be one that suits your needs.

This is probably the most cost efficient way for you.

If having read the above and you still want to develop your own custom
application, what you asked probably can fill about 2-3 books of average
computer book size (~ 800 pages) so I won't try to type here. Perhaps,
obtaining 3 books: 1 on database theory, 1 on using Microsoft Access and one
on developing Accounting systems using Microsoft Access (assuming that you
already knew Accounting Theory & Practice) and start reading.
