how to install volume control

Can you listen the sound? If yes, then just goto Control Panel - open Sound
and Audio Device - check mark "Place volume icon in the taskbar".

If you are unable to listen the sounds to then you have to install the Sound
Drivers from your Motherboard CD.

You should make a search on the same problem within newsgroup before posting
a new thread.

To display the volume control icon in the notification area
Open Sounds and Audio Devices in Control Panel.
Volume tab | Select the Place volume icon in the taskbar
check box | Click Apply | Click OK

If you get this error:
Windows cannot display the volume control on the taskbar because the Volume
Control program has not been installed. To install it use Add/Remove
Programs in Control Panel.
