How to install the to do bar from Outlook 2007 in Office 2003

I looking ot install the "To-do bar from Office 2007 in Office 2003, Is this
possible. With my current work load this would make my life easier.

they are not upgrading to 2007 anytime soon were i work, so this is not an
option.

No, you can't install the to-do in Outlook 2003. You need to upgrade to get
it.
