Bob

I would like to insert an automatic response message to
those trying to contact me while I am out of office or on
vacation.

I read in a help window in order to access the away
status option to " clic on tools and find 'on line
status' - after which I would be prompted " I cant
find 'on line status' under tools.

What are the specific steps to accomplish this. I have
Microsoft XP version 2002 - and have two Outlook
programs, Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook. Which
should I use as the browser ?

Thanks

if you don't use an exchange server, you need to use rules wizard.
