How to insert page break automatically?

Hi, Excel stars,

anyone knows how to insert page breaks automatically whenever the item in
the colume changes? Please see the sample below.

Name
Tom
Tom
Jack
Jack
Mary
Mary
 
I found that Data>Subtotals can insert page breaks. If you remove Subtotals,
page breaks remain.

I tried. But when I remove Subtotals, the page breaks were left but were
not in the correct positions. Just as illustrated in the example below.

Maybe the way I removed the breaks is wrong. Could you please advice the
correct way to remove the subtotalls and leave the breaks where they were.

How did you remove Subtotals? I guess you deleted them selecting Subtotal
rows one by one.
Use Data>Subtotals>Remove all button (bottom left button in the Subtotals
dialog)!
