When in Word click on "File" on the menu bar, Click to expand... select "Page Set Up", then "Paper Size Tab", select "Landscape" radio button, click drop down arrow on "Apply To" and select "This point forward". When you have finished inserting Landscap pages, do the same again but change back to "Portrait"
