HOW TO INPUT CHINESE IN ENGLISH WINDOWS XP

Would anyone tell me how to make the English Windows XP can input Chinese ?
I already can read Chinese and want to know how to make it input Chinese.

Hi,

Install chines language support. Control Panel/Regional and Language
options/languages tab, click "details". You can install keyboard support
here.

You need to download a program.
YOu can to go www.unionway.com to download the package to
read and to input chinese. However, it will be
english "ping yum". And you select different chinese
words and put them in your document!
