How can I change icon size of tray icons and quick-launch icons ?
I DON'T want change resolution, dot-per-inch settings or title bar size.

If I set "small icons" in quick-launch I see very microscopic icons, if I
set "large icons" I see huge icons!
The only way I know to increase taskbar (quick-lunch and tray) icons is to
increase active title bar size, but so title bar become very enormous (48
pixels)!

I remember I had set a good size of taskbar icons (32 pixels) and the title
bar is also 32 pixels, but I re-installed Windows and I don't remember how
to set these different settings, but the way exists !
How can I set exactly the size of quick-launch icons WITHOUT change title
bar size?
Please help me.
Thank you very much

Windows XP sets the size of titlebar (and titlebar buttons) at 2.75 times
(!!!) the size of taskbar icons, how can I change this proportion?
I have 1280x960 resolution and see quick-launch icons at 20 pixels and
titlebar height at 55 pixels !
I'd like to have quick-launch icons at 24 pixels BUT titlebar at 28-30
pixels, not 55, that's enormous!
If I reduce titlebar size (or caption buttons, it's the same) then the icons
in taskbar become microscopic!
I've just installed Windows XP.
Thank you very much

Try caption buttons.

If you right click within the Quick Launch toolbar (or any toolbar), you'll
find a View menu that lets you choose between Large and Small Icons.
