how to import user account into w2k domain

Hi, What is the easiest way to import user into W2k domain? I have list of
user name, accounts and groups they belong to in a csv excel file. I would
like to import these users into my AD without having to manually enter them.
Any suggestion?

Where you might be provided with a script to perform this function.
