how to import .ost-file?

We've had a little disaster here, and all that is left of
one persons e-mailbox is a backed up .ost-file. How can I
possibly import it to Outlook 2003?

There used to be a tool called OST2PST.EXE that would
export Offline Storage (OST) files into Personal Storage
(PST) format. I believe this has now become "Exchange
Recovery". Try going to www.google.com and searching
for OST2PST for information.
