How to I export my Contacts and Favorites from MSN to Outlook ?

I've just had a high speed connection installed and will be cancelling my
subscription to MSN online. Does any one know how I can export my contacts
and favorites from the MSN browser to Outlook and Explorer?
 
Have you checked with the MSN help files for how to export the items?
