My friends and i send heaps of e-mails, that others may then distribute.

But i dont want their e-mail details going to people in the wider community
without their agreement.

I have noted that some e-mails i get show "undisclosed-recipient" in the 'To
' ( adreesed to ) section.

How do you do this in Outlook - Office XP professional ?

.
Use the "Bcc" feature. Depending on your e-mail editing
program, it will be slightly different. If using MS Word as
your e-mail editor, open a new message and click the arrow
next to the Options button , and then click Bcc.
