How to have approve/reject/tentative buttons on the top of Email.

Can you please advise how to see the approve/reject/tentative buttons on the
top of the Email?

Outlook version please? What view of the e-mail? Are you using a Reading
Pane view? If yes, which one?

Outlook 2007. It's reading pane view. How do I see which one is it?
