You can do it from Task Manager but I believe that is temporary.
* Right-click on Desktop, select Properties > Screensavers
* Select your screensaver from the menu
* Open Task Manager (right-click on taskbar) > select 'Processes'
* right-click on your SS process (xxxx.scr), select 'Set Priority' > Low

I've been thinking, if you have a screensaver that activates after 20
minutes of inactivity, does it matter if it's a low-priority or a
high-priority? The screensaver is going to activate at that time no matter
what the priority. Or am I missing something?
