I recently made two user name and put passwords the
prolem is that one has all the authority on the computer
but for the other limit. The problem i am in is that i
forgot the password for the all the authority user. So is
there a way that i can come get in.

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
password with one of the methods mentioned here:
