how to get the defualt module back

Anybody know how I can get back the default module that's
present in ThisOutlookSession - I accidently removed
it ;| and now I think I need it.

thanks in advance for any help.
 
It should still be there, under Microsoft Office Outlook Objects at the top,
but might have changed its module name. I've seen that happen, without
explanation.
