Using MS Office/Word 2002, Windows

How do I keep two particular toolbars from continually/automatically
including themselves in my list of desired toolbars? The two I want
to stay away are "Clip Art.Connection" and "Microsoft Office Live Add-
in". Regardless of how many times I manually remove them from the
line-up, they continually reappear, and it's very annoying.

Thanks,

Don't know about the clipart one but you have to UNINSTALL the Office live
add-in just as you would any other program in Control Panel, not simply
remove it from Word...

Hello Jack,

you do not have to reinstall the office. You just have to save the new configuration in the normal.dot template.

Find normal.dot file
Show/hide all your toolbars.
Then save it and it should be done.
