I have email account with the ISP and Yahoo, there are so many emails from
other people with the something like Windows Internet Latest patch and
service pack, how do I stop them from sending me any emails ? The emails
were sent from some people other than Microsoft.

If you posted to Usenet with your real email address, you're seeing the
wrath of the swen virus. You'll likely need to abandon that account.

Once they got you they got you. Nothing you can do about it. In fact the bots will be sending that address e-mail until at least the year 3000. So the best you can do is make another e-mail and that one don't ever use it except to correspond with people you know. Not companies but people who aren't make-believe marketing millionaires. And whatever you do do not use the email in any newsgroups. Especially here. But to tell you the truth with email services such as hotmail and yahoo you'll get the spam no matter what you do. They use random name generators. That's why when you look at these emails everyone in the Cc has the same domain as you.

I am using Outlook express to subscribe newsgroup. Are you saying I need to
delete the email address entry at the General Tab of this newsgroup account
in Outlook express ?

I did find that my spam load lessened (from 98 a day to 50 a day) slightly
when I put a spam trap in my news email address in Outlook Express, Tools,
Accounts
Click on your news account. Click Properties and put a spam trap in your
email address.
Otherwise, I use that excellent freeware Mailwasher, to help me to deal with
my spam.
