How to Get Outlook to Start with a Different PST File

I'm getting the error message:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The
set of folders cannot be opened. The file... cannot be opened.

If I click OK, Outlook closes immediately and does not provide me with any
way to choose a different file. How can I reset my PST file?
