I know there is a simple way to do this but I just redid a pc and I have
forgot how to make it so that when you click on a link in a e-mail it opens
a new explorer window. Right now if I have one window open it will change
that window to the link I clicked on in the e-mail.

I know there is just a box I have to click to change this setting but I just
can not longer find it.

Thanks for any help.

Ccontrol panel |Internetoptions |Programs. There press the button "Reset
Websettings"

In IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Advanced. Uncheck "Reuse windows for
launching shortcuts"
