How to get hot fix for images not appearing???

Hi,
I am trying to get the hot fix mentioned in kb article
817177. It has to do with images not appearing in W2K - IE
6 sp1.

The article says to contact MS through support to get the
fix. Anyone know how I can do that without paying for a
support call?
