How to get access to other profiles

I found some help with my new account/old one problem listed earlier. It says
in the sheet i should copy documents from my old aprofile to a new one. But i
can't do that cause my old profile is crorrupted and wont load so i cant
change the privacy settings. I read help on this issue and it seems that I
need to change it but their is no security tab or advancd settings so I cna't.

Please help would be appreciated
